Writer’s block

There will come a time when the blank page just stares you in the face. How do you overcome this writer’s block? For some of us .... writer’s block is all we know.

Writing a thesis is very similar to creative writing. People serious about writing a thesis must develop and maintain a daily habit. You cannot wait for the muse to strike, for inspiration to come. You must start a routine you follow each day. You reserve time each day to write, a set time, a set spot, a dedicated space and time reserved for writing. Following this daily discipline is very important. You create space for creativity by making time for your craft whether you are inspired or not, whether you have run out of excuses or not.

You have to put in the time to get the results.
